Nehalem Bay Wastewater Agency (NBWA) has a service area that covers Nehalem, Manzanita, Wheeler, and Neah-Kah-Nie. 

We are a Special District and a public utility that handles wastewater only.

Our system has over 75 miles of gravity pipeline, nearly 1200 manholes/clean-outs, and 19 lift stations.  The sewage is treated at our Treatment Plant on Tideland Road, through a Lagoon System.
