Sewer accounts cannot be transferred to tenants.

We are unable to “turn off” the sewer when a bill goes unpaid. If an account becomes six months delinquent, it will result in a tax lien against the property.

For this reason, the quarterly statements are mailed ONLY to the property owner(s).
