NEW Web Pay Portal!
We are in the soft opening phase of our new NBWA Web Pay Portal! We encourage you to use the link below to pay your sewer bill. Please be patient with us as we navigate this new service we are able to offer our customers. From this new web payment portal, you will be able to:
- View & Print Utility Statements/Payment History
- Pay Utility Charges
- Set Up Autopay
- Go to: https://wp-nbwa.accugov.com/
- Click Register in the top right-hand corner.
- Create username & password, enter your email, and choose Utility Statement in the drop-down menu of the last box. **Account Number and Service Location are the same 7-digit number located on the front of your bill.**
- Click Register at the top of the box, it will navigate back to the first page.
- Click Login and use the username and password you just created.

When using a credit card, the fee is $3.99 or 3.5% (whichever is higher) and when using a checking account, there is no fee. The same fees apply via DOXO's website and over the phone.
To pay online
When paying on DOXO's website, please have your Account # and payment amount available. If the account number leads with a zero, use the six digits following the zero.
To pay over the phone
You can also call DOXO’s toll-free number a to pay over the phone (1-888-258-3035) have your Account # and payment amount. If the account number leads with a zero, use the six digits following the zero.
Automatic Payments
When you sign up for automatic payments with DOXO, they will send you monthly reminders/billing, we still bill quarterly, so be aware that sometimes these reminders will show a zero balance.
The DOXO statements will show a (-) in front of the amount if you have a credit on your account.
